LaShaunda Brown-Proctor is a PMP Certified accomplished executive leading Strategic Development Solutions with 20+ years of direct corporate management and international development expertise. 

Mrs. Brown-Proctor, has managed programs in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa; in addition to simultaneously leading multiple international development programs for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).  

Mrs. Brown-Proctor has a passion for professional development and career advancement and directly oversees senior management and business development teams  to assure superior customer satisfaction, exceptional contract performance, and continuous corporate growth.

Prior to establishing Strategic Development Solutions, Mrs. Brown-Proctor served as an enthusiastic and dynamic Vice President of Institutional Support specializing in qualitative and quantitative analysis, program and project management, international development, project control, human resources, compliance, risk management, and logistics.
